Brilliant Seagull Private Limited has been formed by Experienced and highly professional Mariners
having served in IRS ( 6 years) – An associate member of IACS as Surveyors and backed by vast sailing
experience on various kind of vessels owned by Oil Majors and other reputed companies.

The company is run by Dharmendra Kumar, Bhavesh Mankodi , Both Marine Engineers - whose dream
is to provide a service oriented , customer friendly company having all ship related services under one
roof at a highly competitive rates. The company is also supported by Mr R Punwani – a very senior
marine engineer who is also a part of this team and having years of experience in Shipping Industry with various organisations.

The services which the company currently has and under approval are:

• Independent / Third Party Inspection and surveys on behalf of the Owners
• Design & development of drawings for structures, LSA/FCP/ISPP/LSS etc. Trim & stability
booklets, Damage stability booklets, submission to class & co ordination for approval.
• Assistance in CLASS/ FLAG change, SPS Code Compliance, River Sea Code Compliance,
Independent Inspections for owners & Other Marine Consultancy
• Ship Security Assessment & ISPS Audits for all Marine Crafts with training
• NDT services ( Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging )
• Lifeboat and rescue boat Davit testing and Bollard pull testing
• ISM Audits, manual preparation & consultancy
• Owners representation at any yard ( New Construction) in India and abroad; Including major
repair supervision.

We pride in having approvals from All Major class societies namely IRS, ABS , Lloyds Register, DNV, BV
and local governing bodies viz. MMD and MMB. The company is under process of having all the divisions
under one roof having ISO 9001 – 2000 certification from IRQS

We constantly strive in providing our clients with any service at a short notice and riding squads if so
desired. Quality is of the prime importance to us and no compromise is made to meet the target. We
strongly believe in Safety Culture in all our processes to achieve above.
